Booking Terms
Draft for launch review. Final terms should match the operating entity, insurance arrangements and commercial policy used on your quotation and invoice.
Enquiry and confirmation. A website or WhatsApp submission is an enquiry, not a booking. The vehicle is reserved only after Black Car Ireland confirms the assignment and any required payment or deposit is received.
Price. Website budget figures are indicative only. The final price is the amount confirmed after itinerary, timings, mileage, waiting, tolls, parking and any overnight requirements are reviewed.
Cancellation. Proposed policy: more than 48 hours before commencement — no cancellation charge; 24–48 hours — up to 50% of the agreed price; within 24 hours or no-show — up to 100%. The exact cancellation terms supplied with the confirmed quote govern the booking.
Changes. Material itinerary changes, additional waiting, mileage, stops, parking, tolls or overnight costs may alter the price.
Payment. A secure Stripe or Revolut payment link may be supplied. Any deposit, balance due date and refund position will be stated with the quote.
Independent service. Black Car Ireland is an independent private chauffeur service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any government, political office, event organiser or official delegation unless explicitly stated in writing.
